Is she the fish out of water? - Episode 7

After completing mom's special ginger tea, Sahat entered his room to get changed to his casuals. While changing he heard his phone ringing with the name Dhira.  But he could not pick the call at that situation as his head and hands  were stuck with the t-shirt. With hurry he made himself comfortable and just fell on the bed to take the call. Hopefully he took it before the last ring.

Now Sahat's tone was filled some energy as he felt no guilty for the incident that happened in Adhira's home. Before Sahat could say hello, Adhira started the conversation with a happy tone. "Sahat.. what happened Pooja texted me in a normal way. Now am feeling comfortable but why did she behaved like that? I was totally confused. Did I made any mistake?" She kept on building the questions but Sahat was astonished, 'How can she talk with such a flow. She never spoke like this to me. Even in those calls he could get her happy tone. But now her voice is super happy. Hope everything goes fine.'

"Before I answer your questions you answer my question. Have you ever spoke to me with this much happiness in voice?" Sahat asked that in a kidding tone. "There were no incidents to feel this much happy and so I didn't had this happy tone", she said the words casually. "Isn't it didn't I made you this much happy before?" questioned Sahat. Adhira went through her thoughts, 'What I wanted to communicate? about what he is communicating about?'. Without any second thought she replied "No. Now can you please answer my question" in a bored tone.

She consciously use that bored tone to hide her emotions. Adhira, 'Why am I always getting nervous when he talks about us. And when he talk anything about us I cant reply to with the same tone and if my tone is changed to some other tone it really looks awful. I think am not the regular romantic girl who is being written in stories or shown in movies. Am I ignoring him? completely no. How can I ignore my man? Wait if I think like this... do I really love him. Is this love?'

This is a common thing known to Sahat. Whenever he talks about them she uses this bored tone. In the first incident he felt a little sadness but when the same thing repeated, he analysed her like a scientist. He spoke to her about random stuffs, she spoke without any obstacles. He spoke about them, the throwed a bored tone. 'God why the women in my life are difficult to understand?'

These thoughts went through just like that in less than a fraction of second. Then Sahat explained everything about Pooja's behavior and the reasons for her to behave like that. Now Adhira understood something about her, but she still had a doubt of how could Pooja realise her flaw and she asked her thought to him.

Sahat, "I explained her" said that with a tone like nothing happened. Even though Adhira knew the answer she asked him, "But why?" and made her ears sharp to get all his words without any disturbance. "Because I didn't want the two important women of my life to worry" said Sahat with a warm tone filled with responsibility. She felt over whelmed and needed to see him. Emotions flood through her but she stuck to her bored tone. "Okay bye getting a call from mom" without waiting for Sahat's reply she stopped the communication.

cute little things

Hey all, it had been a long time since I posted the last blog post.    I will try to post at-least 3 a week. Now lets get in to today's post. INCIDENT 1 :             On a fine day, in the morning, mom was preparing channa masala for chappathi. Unfortunately, it was partially burnt. Some channas that settled down were burnt and the dish started to spread its burnt smell.             Dad came from hall, to the kitchen 'What happened pa, what is this smell. Have you burnt the dish?' dad asked. To manage the situation, mom took a single burnt channa from the gravy and showed it dad with her thumb and the forefinger holding the channa and said, 'because of this one channa the whole dish is spoiled' with a sad face.             'Okay okay, you don't get tensed. We can manage with some other side dish' dad said that in a way of consoling my mom from the disaster.   ...

Is she the fish out of water - Episode 4

After staring at the situation for seconds Adhira could find that girl was Sahat's sister and her would be sister-in-law Pooja. She prepared herself to not express her excitement and came out with fake calmness to welcome Sahat.      She admired the way he spoke to her parents. She admired his smile, the way he kept his mobile inside the pocket, the way he lifted his left eyebrow and everything. She could feel the chill that comes, when air touches our skin after steaming for some minutes in her heart. To others vision she looked normal but inside she could realise the changing temperatures. She realised the warmth in her cheeks.      With lots of struggles on hiding her excitement she managed to say, "Hi.. " to him with eye contact for a fraction of second. His warm smile with eye contact expressed his acceptance of her welcome.      The way Sahat met her eyes made her realise how special she is to him. Before Sah...

Stereotyping in my perspective

Meaning :     Stereotype - To have a set of idea about what a particular type of person is like, especially an idea that is wrong. What is there to share my opinion?          Before getting in I clarify that all these are my own opinion and opinion varies from person to person based on their perspective. and all these are based on the people I have met in person.          okay now let me enter into the topic, why should I share my perspective? because I feel that often this word "STEREOTYPE" is misunderstood. What is stereotype?                The way a person behaves is based on their own wish and everyone has that right to stand to their wish. Lets consider two girls named as X and Y. X is interested in wearing a saree and she does it because of her own interest Y is not interested in wearing a saree but she is forced to wear a saree. In this sit...
