The travel angel

'Akka, when will the bus come? I really want to have a seat in the bus. Am so weary' I said to my sister by holding that hand bag that hung in my shoulder and the other hand holding the lunch bag and mobile.
'Same here da, I too want a seat' my sister said that in the same weary tone.
The sun was showing off its power by showering the heat, to which we showered in sweat.
Our mouth begged for water, but our water bottle disappointed us by saying 'you already completed your water, don't mistake me'.
'Hmmmmm' we sighed. Then we saw the bus. The bus was crowded and overflowed with students and other passengers.
'Noooo this should not happen, pleeeeeaaasseee God nooooo' I prayed a lot but 'No other way go in this bus' was the voice from universe.
When we both climbed in, we seeked for some space to stand.
Wearing saree and traveling in a crowded bus is the arduous task for every women. But somehow or other we manage to travel. That's our secret talent😜.
Handbag was hung over our right shoulder and the left hand holded the lunch bag, pallu of the saree was stuck somewhere in the crowd.
Our bags were crushed and said to us 'I can't tolerate more than this, if I get any pain again, there is now way I will fall from your shoulder'
But we didn't listen to the words of our bags. With some effort we managed to pull our pallu from the crowd and held it tightly in the left hand which also held the lunch bag.
Right hand was holding the iron rods in the bus for support which also had handbag in the shoulder.
That was the moment this angel helped us. She is a granny, she called us and said 'give you bags to me ma, how can you handle those bags?'.
First we gave our lunch bags to her and she too it and kept the bag comfortably, then ' also give me the handbags' she said. ' how can you keep the 4 bags with you ma, won't it be uncomfortable for you'
'it's uncomfortable only for the people who are standing and traveling. It's not for the people who are sitting. If you can help others then why to say no?' we were touched by those words.
She had all the 4 bags with herself and she did that with a smile, that is the best part. Thankyou ma

These people are the angels that Rome in the earth.
Feel grateful for every person you meet in your life.

cute little things

Hey all, it had been a long time since I posted the last blog post.    I will try to post at-least 3 a week. Now lets get in to today's post. INCIDENT 1 :             On a fine day, in the morning, mom was preparing channa masala for chappathi. Unfortunately, it was partially burnt. Some channas that settled down were burnt and the dish started to spread its burnt smell.             Dad came from hall, to the kitchen 'What happened pa, what is this smell. Have you burnt the dish?' dad asked. To manage the situation, mom took a single burnt channa from the gravy and showed it dad with her thumb and the forefinger holding the channa and said, 'because of this one channa the whole dish is spoiled' with a sad face.             'Okay okay, you don't get tensed. We can manage with some other side dish' dad said that in a way of consoling my mom from the disaster.   ...

Is she the fish out of water - Episode 4

After staring at the situation for seconds Adhira could find that girl was Sahat's sister and her would be sister-in-law Pooja. She prepared herself to not express her excitement and came out with fake calmness to welcome Sahat.      She admired the way he spoke to her parents. She admired his smile, the way he kept his mobile inside the pocket, the way he lifted his left eyebrow and everything. She could feel the chill that comes, when air touches our skin after steaming for some minutes in her heart. To others vision she looked normal but inside she could realise the changing temperatures. She realised the warmth in her cheeks.      With lots of struggles on hiding her excitement she managed to say, "Hi.. " to him with eye contact for a fraction of second. His warm smile with eye contact expressed his acceptance of her welcome.      The way Sahat met her eyes made her realise how special she is to him. Before Sah...

Stereotyping in my perspective

Meaning :     Stereotype - To have a set of idea about what a particular type of person is like, especially an idea that is wrong. What is there to share my opinion?          Before getting in I clarify that all these are my own opinion and opinion varies from person to person based on their perspective. and all these are based on the people I have met in person.          okay now let me enter into the topic, why should I share my perspective? because I feel that often this word "STEREOTYPE" is misunderstood. What is stereotype?                The way a person behaves is based on their own wish and everyone has that right to stand to their wish. Lets consider two girls named as X and Y. X is interested in wearing a saree and she does it because of her own interest Y is not interested in wearing a saree but she is forced to wear a saree. In this sit...
