My experience with Satyayoddha Kalki by Kevin Missal

BOOK-2
SATYAYODDHA
KALKI
EYE OF BRAHMA

First thing that impressed me is the cover of this book. Both the books have a great cover. As like in the book 1 there is a map of Illavarti and a timeline for the events in the book.

Then here comes the special thing
The picture of Eye of Brahma. (My brother and me we both loved that picture, he wanted to paste that picture in a common place of the house but I didn't allow it I wanted it to be in the book.)

This picture triggered the interest to know what is its role in this book. The moment eye of brahma comes into the plot makes you to go back to picture and stare at it for some time. This is what happened when I read the intro part of eye of brahma.

The book-1ends with the person who has a scar on his forehead.
Who is he?
You will be astonished when you come to know who he is.

PARTS:
Part 3 - The coup at INRAGARH
Part 4 - The Dandak rebellion

In this book 2 I feel that Kali is not a negative person from his mind he is acting as per the incidents that have happened in his life. But the way he behave with Arjan, I hated Kali for that.

You have an additional surprise in this book.

No I wont say that you need to feel and enjoy that. I don't know how many of them enjoyed that part but I enjoyed it a lot.

As said in my Instagram post, the witty nature of Urvashi gained my attention.

Parts that contain Lord Bajrang were simple in a way of no exaggeration.

Manasa and Nandha, for a romance loving reader its a great part.

Yes this book 2 killed many of my favorite characters 😟
For eg Arjan's friend
That too added in one of the reasons why I hate Kali

FAVORITE LINE :

                      Page number 269
                      Line number 16

PATHS ARE DEFINED BY THE CHOICES YOU MAKE AS A PERSON.

Know who is the scared person, who is Symrin, what happened to Arjan, who has the 4 shards?
It is an interesting read.
Read the first book and come to the second book so that you can get the whole fun without any doubts

One more thing that grabbed my attention is none other than the name of my favorite booktuber HELLYπŸ˜πŸ˜„ in this book 😍.

cute little things

Hey all, it had been a long time since I posted the last blog post.    I will try to post at-least 3 a week. Now lets get in to today's post. INCIDENT 1 :             On a fine day, in the morning, mom was preparing channa masala for chappathi. Unfortunately, it was partially burnt. Some channas that settled down were burnt and the dish started to spread its burnt smell.             Dad came from hall, to the kitchen 'What happened pa, what is this smell. Have you burnt the dish?' dad asked. To manage the situation, mom took a single burnt channa from the gravy and showed it dad with her thumb and the forefinger holding the channa and said, 'because of this one channa the whole dish is spoiled' with a sad face.             'Okay okay, you don't get tensed. We can manage with some other side dish' dad said that in a way of consoling my mom from the disaster.   ...
